Real-time mapping and monitoring

VOXS provides automatic statistics and graphs of your results, so you quickly and intuitively understand what’s going on without having to look at endless tables of data. This allows you to identify trends in real-time and react in the shortest time possible. And if you activate one of our localization plugins, the system will display a marker on the map for each data point, so you know where survey participants are located. Depending on your needs, you can choose from a variety of map providers—from Open Street Map and satellite imagery to weather and traffic-related maps. You also have the option of overlaying your own custom map data to discover insights about your own unique application.

 

Security of participants

Participant privacy and security is of paramount importance to us. If your application deals with sensitive issues or topics, we provide an anonymization feature, so that it’s impossible for anyone [including us] to trace identity information back to individual participants. If the anonymization module is activated, we simply delete all personally identifiable data immediately and assign a unique but randomized identifier, so we can track how often any one individual has participated in calls. By using automated pattern recognition and other security mechanisms, we make it virtually impossible for anybody to manipulate results.

 

Fast and scalable

By offering a completely automated system, it really doesn’t matter if your target group is only a few dozen people in one geographic location or thousands of people all over the world. You also don’t have to worry about expanding your team to gather and process data as traditional survey methods require. That’s because your data is always current and at your fingertips at the exact time a participant completes the call, sends the SMS, or clicks Submit online.

 

Secure web frontend for remote access

VOXS operates in real-time and is web-enabled. That means as soon as new respondent data is captured on any of our channels (voice, sms, web), it will display immediately in your personal web frontend, which you can securely access from anywhere in the world via the internet. And if you work with a team that’s spread across different locations or time zones, you have the option of sharing access to your data, no matter where they are.

 

Unified communications backend

VOXS enables you to quickly gather insights and data from people on the ground, in almost any country worldwide, through three different channels: advanced interactive voice response (IVR) on phones, SMS/text messages, or the web. The versatility and flexibility of VOXS helps you get results in the way that makes sense to you and to your target audience. To do that, we incorporate a unified survey backend that aggregates data from all three channels and puts that information in one clean database. Based on your needs, you can easily determine which channels to utilize or offer respondents:

  • Our IVR channel can accept calls from landlines and mobile phones. If you already have an in-house telephony system that you wish to use for your applications, you can just forward those calls to us. We can integrate it with VOXS pretty quickly. And if you don’t have an existing system or phone number, we can activate VOXS for you and provide a (toll-free) phone number, which you then disseminate to your respondents.
  • Our SMS channel accepts messages via a global SMS gateway, so you can get results via SMS from almost any country worldwide.
  • Our mobile optimized web module let’s people participate from their computers, tables, or smartphones.
